get lost

Wanted to do a series, so went for a walk in the woods next to my house and found a bunch of buildings. Unfortunately, my camera ran out of battery at the end of the roll (which it has never done the whole time I have owned it) so the film wouldn't roll back and half of the pictures I had taken got fucked sprockets and ruined by light leak coz I opened the back, WHICH MAJORLY BUMMED ME OUT, however, the babes at boots sorted me out and developed the images for me for free. So, while this is not the entire collection, you'll just have to appreciate half.
All images taken on my 35mm Canon SLR.

the night michael came to tea

absolute babe on high, michael 'jwoww' williams, finally returned to Canterbury for one wild weekend. We partied hardy, drank beers then went for a full english the next day coz beanos is the bomb. Then we got the train home and shed a little tear when we parted ways at St.Panc. A man with the skill to look both like an angel and a donkey.

blurred lines

After getting my first colour roll developed from my point and shoot, I realised that without the flash the shutter speed was too slow, (maybe broken, as I received the camera second hand) leading to blurred and double exposure images. This led to the images above where we see some blurry yung sons in Hoxton, a ghostlike Lewbus at St. Pancras and a greenfaced fire breating Tom in Canterbury. SPOOOOOOOOOKY!

RIP KITTY SLIM

Found an old b&w roll from my college photography days so decided to use it in my point and shoot for a night out in Canterbury and our girl's trip to Cardiff. Sadly, although predictably, a bunch of the photos I took at night didn't come out, so lesson learned there. My fave is the roof shot,
the gradient of white into grey and black looks good, so, gonna do some more of that light. The final image is of my friends' cat, Cat Boy Slim - who was later renamed Catlin Jenner after the initial 'sexing' of the cat was understood to be incorrect- a few weeks before her untimely passing. RIP KITTY SLIM, forever in our hearts. xoxo

Tongue Action

For one of my final modules in third year I had to write a bunch of articles and make a magazine, so I called it Trigger (hence the gun) and decided to do a fashion editorial piece. So, I got the two most stylin' divas to be my models and what ensued, ensued.
I took all these pictures on my Canon 450D using a 35mm lens and a UV filter. I don't like to edit my photos digitally so the varied colour and light in the pictures is as a reaction to the ever changing British weather and through messing with the aperture, the ISO, the white balance, shutterspeed etc. While I've had this Canon for almost 7 years now, and I am thinking of investing in something new, it really cannot be beat! Plus, it got me through A Level photography and many drunken nights with a fish eye adaptor.
I would like to clarify though for anyone unaware of the Givenchy A/W 2015 show, that that is why they have stuff stuck to their face. The magazine was made in May 2015 and, for those who are interested, it is available to read online with all the articles I wrote too. RIGHT HERE. Having just re-read it, there are several typos and a couple of things I would change/develop almost a year on, but hey, if you apreesh, I appresh that.

(one above is a favourite).

LOOK AT THOSE CUTIES!!!
